안녕하세요 렌즈팝입니다.


연말 미국 배송 물량 증가로 인해 통관지연 및 미국내 배송처리가 많이 지연되고 있습니다.


EMS 배송의 경우는 평소보다 1주일 정도 더 소요될수 있으며


K-PACKET 배송의 경우 1달이 소요되는 경우도 있으니


주문전 확인 부탁드리겠습니다.


미국 배송추적은 https://www.usps.com/ 또는 한국 우체국 사이트 https://ems.epost.go.kr/ 에서 송장번호를 입력하시면 가능합니다.


송장번호 확인은 사이트 로그인후 MYPACE-ORDER HISTORY 에서 가능하며


발송후 주문 주신 이메일로 송장번호를 발송해 드리고 있습니다.


이메일로 주문확인내역 및 송장번호를 받지 못하셨을 경우 스팸메일 및 정크메일함을 확인부탁드립니다.
